Lauren has a blog where she provides wonderful suggestions for healthy youth ministry practices. Here’s one of my favorite posts of hers.

  1. I love the way she ties in the imagery from Psalms and the point she makes about abiding in Jesus in order to recognize His voice. Thank you Mark!

    1. Thanks Kathi! Just wait until we get to the Lazarus story to see what she does with that one. 🙂 I’m still wowed by what she shared.

  2. so many of the “stories” in the bible are stories with in stories……I like how she develops this. I also liked how she says that it is important for the sheep to stay in a close relationship with the shepherd so we can recognize his voice. I love these commentaries … thanks Mark for all you do.

    1. She brought out the Shepherd Voice dynamic in a way I found mindblowing. Had never contemplated how deeply engrained that theme is.
